A fresh taxation or a change in the already existing one? The Ministry of Digitisation has submitted an application for inclusion in the list of legislative work of the draft taxation bill compensating for certain services

The Ministry of Digitisation proposed to introduce a fresh taxation compensating for selected digital services in Poland to guarantee a level playing field for fixed companies and those providing online services from abroad. The task provides for a public consultation and aims at equalising competition in the digital marketplace and expanding gross to the state budget.
