The fresh taxation is getting closer. Deputy Minister revealed details

It is likely that in January 2026 the draft law on the digital taxation will be on the government way - announced on Radio Zet Deputy Minister of Digitalization Dariusz Standerski. He added that the ministry would propose that companies clearing in Poland could reduce the amount of the fresh taxation by the CIT value paid in the country in the erstwhile year.
