What the Law and Justice government failed to do in 2021, now – quietly and without parliamentary debate – tries to implement the current government. The subject of the alleged reprographic fee, i.e. "gift" from electronic devices, from which funds are to feed the pockets of creators, artists and producers. but there's no bill this time. The fee will be introduced by the decree of the Minister of Culture.
