Paweł Pecura was at the center of the confusion about the National Reconstruction Plan. This is about doubts about grants to entrepreneurs. The PiS activist is now referred to by ruling coalition politicians who match his activities.
"Who wrote applications for KPO yachts?".
The case was besides written by the portal ostrowmaz24.pl. This is about Pecury's task to launch a fresh tourist service – renting 2 sailing boats. "The boats are to be available in Górkło, Mazury, in the municipality of Mikołajki. The value of the grant exceeds PLN 402,000" – we read.
On the network you can find recordings of the PiS activist in the lead role. It encourages applications to get grants. "Hey PiS! Who wrote applications for... yachts from KPO?!! Your PiS councillor Paweł Pecura of Ostrów Mazowiecki" wrote Piotr Boris, Deputy Minister of athletics and Tourism. "There you go. So yachts were buying writers," added Roman Gierty.
For the time being, Pecura briefly referred to the social media turmoil. He announced that on 11 August at 11:00 p.m., he would print a material in which he would explain how the programme worked, in which grants could be applied for.
The affair for the National Reconstruction Plan
The late resigned manager of the Polish Agency for Enterprise improvement Katarzyna Duber-Stachurska commented on the controversy surrounding the alleged KPO affair. In her opinion, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy itself is liable for loosening the grant rules. His boss was expected to push for "measures to flow more efficiently and faster."
Writing about "Mrs. Minister" Duber-Stachurska meant Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, a close associate of Szymon Holownia. She added that "Mrs. Minister" control on KPO "has commissioned the same persons who have been active in the program for 1.5 years, which means that she has instructed them to check themselves".
