A fresh safety pact between Russia and Belarus. What does it mean for Central and east Europe? [COMMENTARY]

The agreement will be concluded on the 25th anniversary of the Union of Union States and will formally strengthen cooperation between Russia and Belarus. Officially, it is "ensure stableness in economical improvement and public and public security". However, the deficiency of details concerning the content of the document, as well as the suspicion of secret clauses, raises concerns both in the West and in the region of Central and east Europe.
