A fresh ship for the Navy? They're starting a consultation

This ship is intended to be a supply unit of a fuel tanker kind obtained under the SUPPLY programme. The unit has the task of transporting and distributing to vessels of propellant materials, water, lubricants, food and another loads. The Armed Forces Agency prefers already existing solutions, and the sending of applications to curious parties will proceed until 18 July.
