For a long time, the controversy has been raised by the work of parents to submit a certificate of impunity to the institutions to assist the teacher in the care of students during class trips. Ms Kinga Gajewska addressed the Ministers of Education and Justice on this matter, asking about plans to amend the rules in order to make it easier for schools to organise trips. A certificate of criminality is simply a problem for a parent
The alleged "lex Kamilek" Act imposes on all persons who have contact with children the work to supply a certificate of non-criminality. However, there are besides any variations.

This was confirmed by Deputy Minister of Justice Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz.
"The interior ministry agreement phase ended and the task was addressed to external arrangements, opinions and public consultation, during which comments and solutions could be submitted," said Rudzińska-Bluszcz.
