A fresh work in schools. Parents and teachers complain a lot. There'll be more changes

Parents who actively participate in the school’s life act as assistant caregivers during all class trips. They admit it's rather embarrassing for them, due to the fact that they're not always able to study the appropriate paper on time. Now it's about to change. Or better?
For a long time, the controversy has been raised by the work of parents to submit a certificate of impunity to the institutions to assist the teacher in the care of students during class trips. Ms Kinga Gajewska addressed the Ministers of Education and Justice on this matter, asking about plans to amend the rules in order to make it easier for schools to organise trips. It turns out that there's a light in the tunnel in this case, and it all points to a change of regulations coming soon.

A certificate of criminality is simply a problem for a parent
The alleged "lex Kamilek" Act imposes on all persons who have contact with children the work to supply a certificate of non-criminality. However, there are besides any variations.

- While this issue is not the subject of major controversy, it is doubtful that parents appointed by the school manager to supply specified a certificate for the care of children on a trip, at the pool, at the theatre, but these parents are constantly in the presence of a teacher - she stressed in her parliamentary interview that any institutions require specified a document, for example, from parents who, in the course of reading books to children, must prove to be specified a certificate.

There are schools and kindergartens that quit specified attractions for children, and there are schools that anticipate proof of unpunishedness from parents entering classes and lessons. Finally, there are those where non-criminal certificates are to be submitted even by guardians authorised to receive the child

- indicated King Gajewska.
So can we number on changes in the bill soon? There's quite a few points to that, yes.

Instead of a certificate, is simply a message enough?
Deputy Minister from the Ministry of Science, Paulina Piechna-Wyżekiewicz replied to the Gajewski's parliamentary interview, stating that erstwhile a parent is admitted to educational activities, including, for example, the care of students during the journey or going to the swimming pool, he is treated as a individual allowed to care and should be informed of the impunity. However, if these meetings are cyclical, there is no request to supply further information about impunity.
This is not the end of news, due to the fact that it turns out that in the ministry of justice, legislative work is already underway on amendments to the "lex Kamilek" Act. "MEN has asked MS to amend the rules, consisting in making only statements of non-criminality by parents, which will make it easier for parents to care for children, students and pupils, e.g. on school trips or erstwhile going to theatre, cinema, museum or swimming pool" - says portal samorzadowy.pl. This was confirmed by Deputy Minister of Justice Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz.
"The interior ministry agreement phase ended and the task was addressed to external arrangements, opinions and public consultation, during which comments and solutions could be submitted," said Rudzińska-Bluszcz.
