The head of MS Waldemar Żurek assessed on Wednesday that all six judges of the Constitutional Court were decently elected by the Sejm. At the same time, he urged the president to immediately invitation the remaining 4 candidates, which would let the functioning of the TK to function properly. As he stressed, the deficiency of specified action would, in his opinion, be clear in violation of the Constitution.
