The work on the bill introducing the housing allowance to the services was at an express pace and enjoyed cross-party support. The parliament accepted the draft within a week, and the legislature – without amendments and unanimously – only a day after the committee meeting. The political consensus made the paper rapidly accessible to president Charles Nawrocki, who, however, decided to usage constitutional terms almost entirely.
