The Council of Ministers adopted a bill amending the household and Care Code and any another laws, introducing the anticipation of an out-of-court solution to matrimony into the Polish legal system. The Ministry of Justice's draft provides that the divorce will be possible on the basis of compatible statements made by spouses before the head of the civilian position office.
