New judges in the Constitutional Court. Mistakes of procedure without affecting the taking of vows?

The head of the President's Chancellery asked the talker of the Sejm to explain the shortcomings in the procedure for the selection of Constitutional Court judges. According to the constitutionalists, their calibre is not applicable and Karol Nawrocki cannot analyse the legality of the process of filling the CCC.
