KSC amendment in parliament. Any chance of a breakthrough?

We are talking about a regulation that implements into the Polish legal order [EU NIS2 directive](https://cyberdefence24.pl/page-tagow/resilient-industrial) (the deadline for its implementation was 17 October 2024).
