Amendment of the Constitution. “Or we them, or they us”

– Our constitution is only 28 years old, but practically since its adoption there are discussions about the request to amend it or even change it. Both left and right.

– In order to renew or change the constitution, 1 would gotta have a task that would grow and strengthen the space of freedom, strengthen the sovereignty of the state, make the solutions contained in it better than those that are now. The Constitution exists in a doctrinal, normative, applicable dimension. It is in my opinion that it is flawed to accept the practice as the main reason for a fresh constitution. Adjusting the constitution to political needs would mean the end of it. The Constitution has to restrain, restrict and force politicians to abide by the law. It is very beautifully said in the Constitution on 3 May: We admit nobility as the first defenders of liberty and this constitution; all nobleman of virtue, citizenship and honor, her holiness to respect, her permanence of guard, we commit, as the only stronghold of our homeland and our freedoms. The modern constitution gives nobility to its defenders.
