Finally, from 1 January 2026, the traineeship will be counted on fresh rules. The period of employment will besides include years of business activity, contract orders and agency contracts. The amendments are amended by the Labour Code signed by president Karol Nawrocki. The fresh rules are intended to destruct inequalities between workers and those engaged in another professional activities.
