New technologies in the military. Tomczyk identified MON priorities

During the INSECON conference in Poznań, Deputy Chief of MON Cezary Tomczyk talked about the changes the war in Ukraine forced in reasoning about the safety and modernization of the army. He stressed that today's battlefield is based on the fast implementation of technology, the scale of action and informational advantage.
