TVN24 revealed fresh footage of Tomasz Mraz, erstwhile manager of the Justice Fund Department. In talks with Marcin Romanowski there are themes of documents, Gmail, Signal communicator, Patrycja Kotecka-Ziobro, media financed by the fund, Mateusz Morawiecki and the name of the group “Return of the Jedi”.
The recording described by TVN24 dates from February 2024. Marcin Romanowski, erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice and lawyer for the Justice Fund, then met with erstwhile department officials. According to the station, the gathering lasted over 2 and a half hours.
Tomasz MRaz is working with the D.A. The media had previously reported that for almost 2 years he recorded the management of the Justice Ministry from the time of Zbigniew Ziobra and collected about 50 hours of recordings. The first fragments of these materials were revealed in May 2024.
Questions about Patricia Kotecki-Ziobro
In 1 of the revealed themes, the participants of the gathering talk about what to correspond to the prosecution if the investigators ask about Patrycja Kotecka-Ziobro, wife of the erstwhile Minister of Justice. According to TVN24, Romanowski wondered what to do erstwhile questions arose about whether she had contacted him about his decision.
In Urszul D.'s conversation, she was a department official, she was to propose that she “reject” this acquaintance. Romanowski was going to say, "to deny and not remember."

Signal and ‘Return of the Jedi’
In the conversation described by TVN24, there is besides the thought of setting up a group on the Signal communicator. Romanowski was to agree to this proposal, but warned not to place content there that might later harm the participants in the conversation.
The participants wondered about the group's name. According to TVN24, it is first proposed to go to the cinema. Romanowski says he already has 1 group called “Back”. Then comes the proposal "Return of the Jedi", referring to the movie in the series "Star Wars".
TVN24 pointed out that on 8 November 2025 Donald Tusk published a video on the X site, in which he said his favourite movie was "Star Wars", specifically "The Return of the Jedi". The National Prosecutor's Office in its communication of 11 May 2026 stated that the day before, on 7 November 2025, the Sejm of the Republic of Poland adopted a resolution allowing Zbigniew Ziobra to be brought to criminal responsibility, as well as his detention and temporary arrest.

The National Prosecutor's Office informed the station that Prime Minister Donald Tusk was not provided with material from the Justice Fund investigation, including recordings by Tomasz Mraz.
Media thread and word “cartel”
Another part of the discussion concerns the media, which were to receive money from the Justice Fund. According to TVN24, Urszula D. spoke about contact with media entities regarding late payments and possible statutory interest.
The word “cartel” is utilized in the conversation. TVN24 notes that the video does not indicate who precisely would belong to it. The material mentions the name Profeto, or foundation of priest Michał Olszewski, accused of the Justice Fund. There is besides the name of Radio FIAT, a Catholic radio station whose manager is Aleksandra Mieczyńska.
The media backing subject from the Justice Fund has already appeared in journalism publications. PAP, citing the OKO.press findings, reported in April 2024 that between 2019 and 1923 the fund signed with publishers 244 promotion contracts. NIK study and prosecution activities
The Justice Fund is the subject of the prosecution's actions. On October 15, 2024, the National Prosecutor's Office informed that Marcin Romanowski had heard 11 charges in an investigation into irregularities in the Justice Fund.
