On 15 November there will be a legislature of the Polish People's Party, during which the organization will elect its fresh authorities. The Congress, which is the highest body of the PSL, is convened erstwhile all 4 years by the General Council.
No competition?
According to information from the Polish Press Agency, the only candidate for the position of president is the current leader of PSL, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, who has led the group since 2015. After the changes to the party's statutes, the regulation is no longer applicable that at least 2 candidates must apply for the President's seat, which is why it is possible that Kosiniak-Kamish will be elected without competition.
Congressional delegates will besides elect a fresh PSL ultimate Council and its chairman. Currently, Senator Waldemar Pawlak, who has decided to run for re-election, serves as Senator Waldemar Pawlak. His rival will be Deputy Marshal of the Sejm Piotr Zgorzelski. According to talks between PAP and the politicians of the Party, Zgorzelski has a good chance of winning this duel.

PSL parliamentarians announce that the upcoming legislature of the group will be an chance to present crucial political declarations. Who's in the lead?
The latest survey conducted by the National investigation Group shows that in the case of parliamentary elections, the Civic Coalition – 38.12 percent – would have the top support. The second would be Law and Justice with a score of 29.81 percent, and the 3rd would be the Confederacy, for which 15.5 percent of the respondents would vote. The independent Confederation of the Polish Crown could number on 6.02 percent of the vote. Apart from the electoral threshold, there would be: Nowa Lewica with 4.13 percent, Polish People's organization with 2.78 percent, the organization Together with 2.03 percent and Poland 2050, which would support 1.61 percent of respondents.
