New appointments in the army. The head of the MOD is betting on officer experience

New posts include officers with quite a few experience who have advanced in the structures of the armed forces in fresh years. As stressed by the head of the MON, their cognition and practice are to strengthen the military's operational capabilities and support the modernization of the army.
