Notice of a possible violation of the law by Zbigniew Ziobra submitted the Association of Polish Judges "Iustitia". The Toruń D.A. decided to take care of the case.
Who and why would Ziobro threaten?
The case is about the suspicion that Zbigniew Ziobro may have directed threats to justice Anna Birdiek. She was the 1 who decided, among another things, to halt and bring politics before the Parliamentary Committee on Pegasus and to impose a fine on him for non-profession before her.
A Ziobro very freely commented on these decisions, including on Radio Maryja. He was going to say what he would do to that justice erstwhile he came back to power. In the catalogue of penalties mentioned by him was the dismissal of the profession and the deprivation of all privileges of the judge.
"This threat has raised the injured judge's legitimate concern that it will be fulfilled," the prosecutor informs. There's a case going on right now, not against someone. Ziobro has no position as a suspect, but "suspected" of committing a crime.
Let's just add that there's besides a wave of hatred on justice Bird online.
