This contract was concluded between the European Organisation for Cooperation and Cooperation in the Armed Forces (OCCAR) which represented the Italian government and the joint venture Orizzonte Sistemi Navali (OSN), in which Italian armed companies Fincantieri (51%) and Leonardo (49%) share.
