Music Box has obtained fresh tv licences in the Czech Republic for the Music Box Hits, Music Box Dance and Music Box Poland channels. Licences were granted by RRTV – Council for Radio and tv of the Czech Republic. The 4th license, for the Music Box Sexy channel, is expected in the first half of December.
The Music Box Hits and Music Box Dance channels are completely fresh projects, while Music Box Poland — launched in 2021 under a Gibraltar licence — will now be transferred to the Czech Republic.
The group besides continues to operate the Music Box classical channel, which has a transmission licence issued by Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which allows it to be broadcast throughout Europe and beyond. In 2026 it is planned to transfer this channel to the Czech Republic as well.
All 4 channels — Music Box Classic, Music Box Hits, Music Box Dance and Music Box Sexy— will be launched in respective markets, including Czech Republic, on Slovakia, in Poland, Germany, onLatvia, Lithuania, in Estonia, au Ukraine and in another countries.
