A twelve fresh Abrams M1A2SEPv3 tanks have already been parked in the Center for Land Army Training in Poznań. They will be permanent in the facility and will shortly be utilized during the crew and maintenance courses. At present, CSWL uses "threes", which belong to linear subdivisions.

Tanks are part of a larger supply for the Polish Army. They came from the USA and then went to the Military Motorization Plant in Poznań. There they passed the alleged deprocessing, a comprehensive post-transport review. They are already at the Center for the Training of Land Forces. “We complete the last formalities related to their acceptance for the equipment of the unit,” says Colonel Maciej Łukarski, commander of the CSWL combat vehicle battalion. Soon, vehicles will be included in the training cycle for crews and maintenance members.
Until now, CSWL had no own tanks in the SEPv3 version. During courses under Abrams Academy instructors utilized equipment for the 18th Mechanicalised Division. any of the tanks from the tranches that reached Poland first went to Poznań. CSWL organised training for future users and, after their completion, "threes" went to mark audiences. Another 1 came to their place. Now the same rotations will end.
Meanwhile, another OPNET course for SEPv3 crews is slow coming to an end at the Center for Training of Land Forces. It is shorter than standard training of this kind due to the fact that its participants have already met Abrams, only in the older version. They have completed a course organized utilizing SEPv2 cars, which the Poznań academy has been utilizing for fresh years. Tanks were rented from the United States and had already returned overseas. And further groups of students undergo six-week supplementary courses, focusing on the differences between the 2 Abrams models. These aren't great. As planned, this should take place at the turn of 2026 and 2027. Then the Abrams Academy will besides extinguish its activities. This Polish-American task was launched in the summertime of 2022. As Colonel Łukarski admits, so far he has trained respective 1000 Polish soldiers. Among them are crew members and method staff of Abrams, crew of M88 Hercules support vehicles, as well as already mentioned Polish instructors. any of them already run courses on their own utilizing the older version of Abrams M1A1.
In the opinion of many experts Abrams is considered the most modern tank in the world. Poland bought 366 specified machines. 116 M1A1 utilized vehicles reached the Vistula River in the complete.
