A fresh platform for the military. To improve mobility

The movement of military units between [alignment countries](https://cyberdefence24.pl/armia-and-service/ciber-military-as-fundament-security-onto) in Europe is 1 of NATO's biggest mobility challenges. The reason is the Cross Border Movement approval (CBMP) procedures, which may take respective weeks to complete. This makes it hard not only for manoeuvres, but besides for example logistics issues.
