New artillery for Britain only in 2028

In April 2024, the United Kingdom selected as successor to the caterpillar [haubic AS90](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/end-service-as90-in-large-britania) as part of the Mobile Fires Platform program [circular cannonhaubic RCH 155](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/great-britania-buy-new-artilleries-life-German). This construction defeated Swedish Archer and [south Korean K9A2](https://defence24.pl/industrial/dsei-2023-hanwho-presents-haubice-k9a2). The implementation of the fresh artillery to the British Army was to take place in collaboration with the Bundeswehr, which besides planned to [obtain this strategy for motorized units](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/German-order-artillery-boxer).
