November Uprising. Missed chance for independence?

We associate national uprisings mainly with a romanticist spurt that must end in failure. mostly bloody. The November Uprising, however, belongs to the insurection of another category. any Polish historians believe that it was 1 of those fewer of our national liberation speeches that had a chance of being successful. Was that truly the case?
