What is the Central Communication Port?
Central Communication Port is an ambitious task that aims to make a modern interchange between Warsaw and Łódź, integrating air, rail and road transport. In the area of about 3,000 hectares, 37 km west of Warsaw, a fresh central airport for Poland is to be created.
The task besides includes rail investments, including node at the airport and connections across the country, allowing to travel between Warsaw and the largest Polish cities in no more than 2.5 hours.
