Krzysztof Szymanski, a associate of the Confederacy, became an MP at the Sejm from the Gdynia-Słupsk district. His choice is due to the consequence of the 2023 parliamentary elections and to Stanisław Tyszka, who got into the European Parliament during the Sunday elections.
Born and raised in Gdynia, Krzysztof Szymanski graduated in the field of ship electro-automatics at the Gdynia Maritime Academy (now the Maritime University of Gdynia), gaining the title of engineer. Additionally, he expanded his qualifications at the Higher School of Administration and Business in Gdynia.
He presently runs his own company specializing in business consulting, task management and engineering plan in the field of ship electro-automatics. He besides has experience as a commercial fleet electroautomatic officer, mainly in the oil&gas sector.

Political activities
Krzysztof Szymanski became active in politics as an 18-year-old, joining national organizations specified as the All-Polish Youth. His activity in the National Movement and Confederacy led to a start in the 2023 Sejm election, though he failed to win a mandate at the time.
In 2024 he again tried his forces, this time in elections to the European Parliament from the Pomeranian district, but besides without success.
