The first judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU on the sanctioning of free credit in the Polish case was already passed on 13 February 2025. We will surely be facing further decisions by the EU Court of Justice on this matter, as well as our Polish ultimate Court. For these 2 courts are increasingly asked questions about consumer credit.
