The fresh massive and criminal air strikes on Kyiv and another civilian targets in Ukraine seem to be not so much a manifestation of Russian rage and desperation in the desire to break Ukraine's resistance, but above all an component of Russian force on the West. In order to accomplish its goals, this force must take into account the engagement of Minsk and the territory of Belarus in the scenarios of actions on the Russian side prepared in the Kremlin.
