Not only Romania. Americans will leave more countries

Romania's defence Ministry said on Wednesday that the United States had decided to reduce the size of its troops on NATO's east flank. A 1000 US soldiers will stay in Romania, and the withdrawal of the rotational brigade is besides likely to affect countries specified as Hungary, Slovakia and Bulgaria.
