ZUS published rules on fourteenth retirement. Extra money won't go to all seniors in full. Those with the highest benefits must anticipate that their transfer will be much lower or will not affect their account at all.

The basis for receiving fourteen is the amount of the monthly pension. The government has set a income limit that determines whether the recipient will receive the bonus in full.

If the fixed benefit is within the prescribed limits, the pensioner will receive an additional wage equal to the current minimum pension. The problem arises in people whose monthly account is affected by an amount higher than the allowed threshold.

Some don't get fourteen at all.

For those with higher incomes, there is simply a "gold for gold" mechanism. Each gold above the limit reduces fourteen by the same value. For example, if the threshold is exceeded by a 100 zlotys, the additional benefit will be reduced by precisely this amount.

There is besides a lower pay limit that fewer people remember. ZUS does not send transfers erstwhile the calculated amount of fourteen is little than 50 PLN. This means that seniors with the highest pensions, whose simplification has absorbed almost the full allowance, will be completely disregarded.
