Norwegians take over the French uniform producer

Following a comprehensive process involving the French authorities, the NFM Group acquired a 100% stake in Paul Boyé. The transaction was finalized on 7 October 2025. As part of the integration process between the 2 companies, Mads E. Larsen, presently managing manager of NFM France and NFM Group, will presume the position of president and CEO Paul Boyé.
