Norwegians quit additional tanks for air defense

Norwegian Army Chief of General Staff Lars Lervik, during an interview with Breaking defence at the now past AUSA 2023 arms fair, announced that Norway will not exercise its option right to acquisition an additional 18 Leopard 2A8 tanks. The funds thus saved will be utilized to strengthen the country's air defence and longer-range rocket capabilities.
