Norwegian scam. Shadow fleet registered to Oslo-based company

The Russian government succeeded in registering an insurance company in Norway that issued false papers for dozens of shadow fleet tankers. The services of the fake insurer were utilized by gas company Novatek, oil company Rosneft and the Russian defence Ministry, among others.
