32.5 1000 participants completed NATO's largest maneuvers in the Cold consequence Arctic region on Thursday. In the north of Norway and Finland, forces from 14 countries practiced activities in winter conditions.
The maneuvers were visited by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and the Heads of Government of Norway, Germany and Canada.
