Norway is preparing large changes. Will they yet tighten the regulations for scooters?

Norway is considering tightening regulations on electrical scooters and ATVs and UTVs. In this way, the authorities want to limit the number of dead and seriously injured on the roads. Among the proposals are a higher age limit, the work to usage a helmet and a separate driving licence for a four-wheeler.
