Northrop Grumman will make a weapon to "open" anti-access systems

The United States Air Force (U.S. Air Force) granted Northrop Grumman a contract for a fresh long-range rocket in the SiAW (Stand-in Attack Weapon) program. The fresh weaponry is to be capable of destroying the enemy's mobile anti-access systems.
