Northrop Grumman will make weapons to "open" anti-access systems

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Northrop Grumman a contract for a fresh long-range rocket in the Stand-in Attack Weapon (SiAW) program. The fresh weapon is expected to be capable of destroying an opponent's mobile anti-access systems.
