North Korea launches ballistic missile. U.S. convenes crisis gathering and organizes drills

North Korea conducted a test on Friday of an intercontinental ballistic rocket (ICBM) that went down off the coast of Japan. This is the second specified incidental in 2 days, the South Korean army and nipponese defence Minister Yasukazu Hamada said. Consequently, the US convened a crisis gathering attended by the leaders of Japan, South Korea, Canada, Australia and fresh Zealand in Bangkok.
