North Korea launches ballistic missile

North Korea launched a medium- or long-range ballistic rocket toward the Sea of Japan on Thursday, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said. According to nipponese authorities, it may have been an intercontinental ballistic rocket (ICBM).
