According to the latest data from the South Korean National Intelligence Service (NIS), Pjongjang has already transferred more than 5 1000 soldiers to Russia since September of this year, others are on the way, and an additional 10 1000 North Korean troops may be stationed on the Russian-Ukrainian border. This is further evidence of Kim and Putin's deepening alliance, which is not only a threat to Ukraine.
