The arrest of Volodymyr Z., a Ukrainian citizen suspected of blowing up a section of the Nord Stream gas pipeline which is in 51% of Russian property raises uncomfortable questions for Germany.

We Tuesday morning was stopped in Pruszków 46 - year-old Volodymyr Z., pursued European Arrest Order issued by Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruche. According to a message translated alive from a German charge, it concerns suspicion constitutional sabotage and the demolition of property.

The charge so concerns sabotage having a serious impact on the economy of Germany!

TIt is amazing to the Polish court. conviction of detention for 7 days (at which time, the German side should attach documentation justifying ENA) for the Polish justice "adjusted" unfortunately, that, at the request of the prosecutor, the detention lasting 3 months seems to be a trifle without attention. Let us remind that according to Article 605(2) Kpk the maximum duration of detention is 40 days.

Furthermore, ENA's plan mostly excludes more detailed examination of the application.

But let's leave the legal debates aside.

Let's look at the charge again.

Germany claims that Volodymyr Z. has assassinated the vital interests of their full economy!

And even though Russia halted gas transmission to Germany on 31 August 2022 and "Constitutional sabotage" took place in September of that year.

The question arises – what are the interests of the full economy The Germans have been breached?????

And it was 7 months after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, erstwhile the EU was getting short of breath erstwhile sanctions were imposed on Russia, and the first Russian-German hope at the end of the conflict over a twelve days (read. Kiev's surrender) came to nothing.

The persistent pursuit of Volodymyr Z. and others only proves 1 thing.

The Germans did not abandon the thought of a gas deal based on Russia.

Unfortunately, it's bad for the future.

Infatuation with Kiev Berlin will shortly turn into disappointment.

Besides, you can see the first signs.

According to information published by the BILD Journal, the German government made crucial cuts in the budget allocated to military support for Ukraine in subsequent years. alternatively of EUR 28.6 billion requested by the Ministry of Defence, the amount of EUR 18 billion for the years 2026 and 2027 was approved.

According to the national Ministry of Defence paper sent to the Bundestag members, Minister Boris Pistorius sought EUR 5.8 billion in 2026 and EUR 12.8 billion in 2027. However, by decision of the Ministry of Finance and the full national government, backing was set at EUR 9 billion per year. any EUR 500 million is to come from EU funds.

This means no € 10.6 billion to be allocated to cooperation programmes with the Ukrainian defence sector. According to the BILD, this decision will require the withdrawal of part of the contracts, as well as the cancellation or limitation of activities supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Cwill Poland do in this situation?

In the courts, the “restored regulation of law” according to the Tusk Minister Żurek has inactive not yet been restored, and so their independency from central power can be counted upon.

If the question of extradition of Volodymyr Z. belonged to the government of Tusk would most likely be in Germany on Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the justice of the SO in Warsaw, Anna Wielgolewski, made it clear:

– The usage of temporary detention at an first seven-day phase is necessary, but it does not gotta consequence in further isolation or release of the wanted individual if the circumstances provided for in Article 607 of the NAP are revealed.

Because she added:

– At this phase of the procedure, the court has no right and does not measure issues related to the geopolitical situation or constitutional sabotage.

ZHowever, we service the Tusk government towards Berlin.

Judicial independency in a time of “smiling power” besides seems uncertain.

The protests remain.

Because if Volodymyr Z actually blew up a gas pipeline with which Putin was sending gas to Germany, obtaining funds to wage war in Ukraine, then... he's a hero, not a criminal!

The Germans seemingly went deep into their own past.

We remember that in 1939-45 Polish guerrillas were referred to as "Polish bandits" by them.

Apparently the same “bandit” is Volodymyr....
