Working shifts, especially night shifts, is not a weekend party. It's not the adrenaline I feel at the organization till morning, and then you can sleep off half a Sunday. Here the alarm clock knows no mercy, and the body gets signals completely contrary to what nature created it to. A man should sleep at night, and you request to analyse data, deliver packages, or service clients. Your biological rhythm breaks down like a home of cards and mutinies on all effort to deliver fuel to him at 2:00 a.m. Yet, you gotta eat — and not just anything.
