The pro-Russian governments of Hungary and Slovakia want to see for themselves the harm to the Druzhba oil pipeline. They have set up a joint commission and urged Kyiv to grant it access to the site of the damage. Ukraine is sending both governments back to Moscow, whose troops damaged the pipe.
