No more punishments for begging? Begging may shortly vanish from the Code of Offence

As the Code of Offence provides, begging in a public place is punishable if a beggar has means of existence or is able to work. This may shortly change: begging will cease to be considered a socially harmful act and treated as an offence. punishment for begging can disappear: presently it is up to a fine of 1500 PLN or a punishment of regulation of freedom.
