No more covert cooperation and informants. A coalition imagination of the operational work of the services

Gen. Krzysztof Bondaryk, erstwhile head of the interior safety Agency, late presented a bill in the legislature that is to regulate issues related to conducting operational and exploratory activities. The Code of Operational Conduct, as it is called, assumes, among others: introducing the concept of "operational work", but besides saying goodbye to specified terms as "secret cooperation" and "informant" (they are expected to have a bad historical association).
