On 2 June, the second circular of talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul ended. The delegations did not even greet, and the full gathering ran in tension and silence, which commentators called “glacial silence”. And although peace is inactive out of the question, the first concrete arrangements for the exchange of prisoners and fallen have been made.
