We hope to sign a treaty on Polish-French cooperation within the next 2 months, announced abroad Minister Radosław Sikorski after a gathering with the Commissioner for Defence Andrius Kubilius. As he noted, "our readiness will deter, while our weakness will encourage the aggressor".
