The U.S. President's peculiar Envoy for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, assured that no 1 would force Ukraine to sign a peace agreement with Russia. He stressed that it is president Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainian people who will decide about the future of their country. Kellogg besides announced his journey to Ukraine, where he will meet with Zelensky. He stressed that the U.S. precedence is to supply Ukraine with safety guarantees, not to dictate peace terms.
