Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated after a speech by Andrzej Duda on the feast of the Constitution that the President, as no 1 else could celebrate this holiday. "He was even better at celebrating the Constitution itself," ironically added the head of government. The President's speech in strong words was besides commented by the Minister of athletics Sławomir Nitras.
