For the 3rd time, Nikol Pashinyan will become the country's prime minister. In Sunday's election, his party, the Social Contract, won 49.83 percent of the vote, which will give it 64 seats out of 105 deputies and thus a parliamentary majority. This gives it the chance to pass constitutional laws, but it is not possible to change the Constitution.
